Breakfast Chef

MPA Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel in Bushmills for a Full-Time Breakfast Chef to join their kitchen team.

This is a temporary ongoing position with an immediate start available, offering a great opportunity to work in a busy and welcoming hospitality environment.

Position Details

• Job Title: Breakfast Chef

• Hours: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
• Contract: Temporary Ongoing
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to hotel standards.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen.
• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast service.
• Assist with kitchen preparation and stock rotation where required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
