One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It is a step apart from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards and has an enviable reputation for service and style.

Chefs from this 3 AA Rosette kitchen have progressed in their careers to work in Michelin starred establishments.
As Breakfast Chef you will be required to prepare the continental breakfast and cook breakfast from our A la Carte breakfast menu. You will be an experienced Chef De Partie having worked in kitchens cooking to a 1 AA Rosette standard or higher and you will be looking for the next step in your career.
This role is primarily working Monday - Friday, however occasional weekend work may be required in line with business needs.
