What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

• Leading or supporting the breakfast service with confidence, calm, and care.
• Preparing, cleaning and organising ingredients to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation across your section.
• Staying ahead of prep and planning needs to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team wherever needed with a hands on, can do attitude.
