Breakdown Support Customer Care Specialist

RAC, based in Walsall, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist for the Motability Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, listening, reassuring, and acting quickly to get the right help as soon as possible.

The role involves handling calls, logging details, triaging effectively, and maintaining accurate records. Full training is provided, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop.
