About the Client

A fast-growing, Tier 1 Consultancy focused on delivering over £1bn of low-carbon district energy and building energy systems is seeking a Breakdown Engineer (Commercial Gas).

The Opportunity

• Deliver operation and maintenance services across a fleet of heat networks.
• Undertake a varied workload including planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive call-outs, planned repairs, and project work.
• Improve reliability and network efficiency within plant rooms housing boilers in excess of 1MW.
• Work as part of a functional commercial team to review root causes for plant failure and develop scopes of work for plant remediation.
• Provide buddying and training for new engineers within a safe and supportive working environment.

Package & Benefits

• Base salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
• 40-hour work week with a typical 1-in-4 on-call rota requirement.
