Breakdown Customer Support Specialist

Gi Group is seeking a proactive Breakdown Customer Service Coordinator to join our Barnsley team in Barnsley (S70). The role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and working within a busy, supportive team.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and provide timely solutions while liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
