About the roleAs a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out every opportunity to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. Alongside delivering excellent service, you will maintain shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding customer needs will enable you to provide the best service and build long-term loyalty with our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
- Proactively acknowledge customers, identify their needs, and ensure these are met, resolving queries or complaints effectively.
- Engage customers with the John Lewis brand and support through personalized and social marketing.
- Monitor sales performance and best sellers to drive promotions and seasonal changes.
- Support marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
- Suggest ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.
- Basic IT literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided to help you perform at your best every day.
