ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is not eligible for internal transfers.

As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will collaborate with colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience.

Alongside providing excellent service, you will maintain high shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding your customers will enable you to deliver the best service and foster their loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
• Prioritize the customer by proactively acknowledging them, identifying their needs, and resolving queries or complaints.
• Engage customers with the John Lewis brand and the supported Brand through personalized and social marketing.
• Monitor sales performance and best sellers to support promotions and seasonal changes.
• Assist in marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Basic IT literacy skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential. Training will be provided to ensure you perform at your best every day.

Hours of Work: Full time, up to 37.5 hours per week, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends.
