Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Brand Marketing Director to join a global B2B technology platform organisation on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be highly ambitious and strategically minded and will lead the evolution of its international brand and marketing agenda. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, transformative environment and is passionate about building brands that deliver measurable business growth. The successful candidate will act as custodian of the brand, driving coherence, consistency, and creativity across regions while embedding strong brand governance and digital excellence throughout the organisation. Role requires international travel on average every 6 weeks.
Brand Leadership & Growth- Define and implement a unified global brand and product marketing strategy that strengthens positioning and drives engagement across markets.
- Lead value proposition development and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with commercial and product teams.
- Shape the global brand architecture, ensuring alignment between purpose, culture, and customer experience.
- Translate business transformation into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Champion digital as a brand growth enabler, integrating technology, automation, and analytics to enhance reach, relevance, and resonance across channels.
- Deliver omnichannel brand campaigns that build awareness and engagement through digital, social, web, and experiential platforms.
- Use insights and data to refine storytelling, improve customer experience, and measure brand impact across touchpoints.
- Explore emerging digital tools and AI-driven innovation that elevate creative execution and audience connection.
- Establish and oversee brand governance frameworks, toolkits, and scalable processes to safeguard and strengthen the brand globally.
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity, messaging, and tone across all regions and business units.
- Monitor brand health, compliance, and quality, driving continual improvement and innovation.
- Inspire senior stakeholders and regional marketing teams with a clear brand vision and transformation narrative.
- Build and mentor high-performing, collaborative teams that combine creativity with commercial focus.
- Partner effectively across matrixed global structures to ensure brand alignment and operational excellence.
- 10+ years' experience in senior brand or marketing leadership roles within global or fast-scaling organisations.
- Proven track record in leading brand transformation, product marketing, and governance across multiple markets.
- Adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering through influence and collaboration.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Highly ambitious and proactive, with the drive to elevate a brand in a competitive and fast-moving global landscape.
- Experience in technology, professional services, or B2B environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel internationally once every 6 weeks on average is essential.
