Brand Director, UK & DE Growth (Hybrid, 12 Month FTC)

Bloom & Wild in London is seeking a Brand Lead to own UK and Germany brand strategy, campaign development, and budget management. You will report to the CMO and lead a multi-disciplinary team across PR, Social, Content, Partnerships and Influencer, ensuring output aligns with business goals.

The role focuses on repositioning the brand as a full gifting destination, scaling in Germany, and driving measurable brand health through insight-led campaigns and a strong executive presence.
