Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director with a dotted line to the Sales Director, the Brand & Channel Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of brand and channel activation across a diverse beverage portfolio, driving distribution, visibility, and profitable growth.

This role bridges strategy and execution by translating commercial priorities into clear, actionable channel plans, leading cross-functional delivery with Sales and external partners, and tracking performance to continuously optimise results.

The Brand & Channel Manager will also coach and support Marketing Interns and Commercial Graduates on campaign coordination, content development, and administrative tasks as required.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the MD and SD to translate commercial strategy into clear activation plans, including objectives, target audiences, channel mechanics, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Partner with brand owners/suppliers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Telesales, Distribution, etc.) to ensure plans are commercially sound and operationally feasible.
  • Lead campaign delivery with supplier and agency partners (creative, media, PR, digital, production), including briefing, coordination, stakeholder sign-off, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Use market, customer, and performance data to generate insights, optimise activity, and recommend actions to improve distribution, visibility, rate of sale, and brand equity.
  • Support new product and packaging launches, including project planning, asset development, channel sell-in, and in-market execution.
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets, raise purchase orders where required, and track spend against plan to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant brand representation across all customer touchpoints (trade, digital, events, and internal communications).
  • Carry out any other duties relevant to the role.
Qualifications
  • Third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role within FMCG, hospitality, retail, and/or the beverage sector (brand, trade/channel, category, or commercial marketing).
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and trade/channel activation programmes from briefing through to evaluation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence across Sales, Finance, and external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools.
  • Full, clean, current driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
Desired Criteria
  • Experience working with distributor brand portfolios and/or international brand partners.
  • Experience across both On Trade and Off Trade activation.
  • Experience managing agencies and production budgets.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media content planning within a structured brand framework.
