We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead either a newly established or well-established branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both first-time managers ready to step up and experienced leaders looking to drive performance in a multi-sector environment.
The Role: You'll take ownership of a branch, leading your team to success while building strong client relationships and driving commercial performance.
Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for growing a new branch or leading an established, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve results
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive branch revenue and overall performance
- Support the growth or optimisation of the branch
- Manage activity across one or multiple sectors
- Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into management
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Adaptability to work in either a growing or established branch environment
