Overview

Fixed Term/Secondment (35.75 hours) - Fixed

Please note this role is for a 18-month fixed term contract

Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front from day one, building strong relationships with your team and customers to drive store performance.
  • Get to know your team and customers to create the best possible store environment and customer experience.
  • Engage with training programmes and participate in varied shift patterns to support development and career progression.
  • Support a healthy work/life balance for yourself and colleagues in line with company guidance.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within retail or service environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and team-building skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and development programs.

Training and progression
