Branch Customer Experience Advisor

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Consultant to work at the Harrogate & Wetherby Branches. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored savings products and services with a friendly, professional approach.

The role supports in-branch, virtual and outbound contact, with a focus on helping customers review their circumstances and goals while providing a first class service. Training and development are part of the role.
