Bottling Operative Location: Tadcaster, North YorkshirePay Rate: £12.71 per hourHours: 6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00amContract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Potential Long-Term OpportunitiesThe RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised brewery, working within a fast-paced production environment where quality, teamwork and safety are at the heart of everything they do.As a Bottling Operative, you will play a key role in the packaging and bottling process, ensuring products are produced to the highest standards whilst meeting production targets.Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring bottling and packaging equipment
• Loading materials onto production lines
• Carrying out quality inspections on bottles, labels and finished products
• Packing products and preparing them for dispatch
• Identifying and removing defective products
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the production area
• Supporting line changeovers and production activities
• Following all health & safety and food safety procedures
• Reporting machinery faults, quality concerns or safety issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse or FMCG environments is desirable
• Experience working with machinery would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Commitment to working safely at all times
