Job Description

Bookings Administrator at Chester Hospital - Permanent, Full Time. Salary £25,038.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

As an Bookings Administrator, you'll bring experience of administration in a complex fast paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
  • Handle all enquiries or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
  • Liaise with the Theatre Manager, Outpatient Manager, Patient Services Manager and Pre op Lead to ensure efficient running of the day to day bookings process.
Qualifications
  • Commercially minded person with drive and plans in place to ensure success.
  • Responsible for effective prospecting and managing opportunities throughout the entire bookings process, utilising customer and consultant relationships and systems effectively.
  • Champion the customer experience in the hospital and work with colleagues to deliver a strong customer focused mind set.
