Salary: £40,000 Tips & Tronc Monthly Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly
Contract: Full time

Your Day-to-Day- Full P&L ownership - revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs
- Building and leading a high performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
- Driving a guest experience
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level
- Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values - passion, Pizza & people
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high volume, quality led hospitality environment
- Strong commercial acumen - confident with P&L, budgets, forecasting, and driving a bottom line
