Board & Governance Officer - Hybrid, Key Governance Lead

Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Northamptonshire Partnership Homes, is hiring a Board and Governance Officer to join the Governance team in Northampton. The role supports the Board and Committee governance, ensures meetings run effectively, maintains compliance, and acts as a key contact for Board Members and senior stakeholders.

Hybrid working with the Westbridge office in Northampton NN5 5JW (up to 3 days on site). Fixed term assignment until 31 March 2027, start ASAP.
