About the Role

Base Location: Flexible across South West England & Wales. We offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception.

Salary: £40,000 - £61,000 + car/allowance + performance-related bonus + benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available

We are expanding our BMS Projects team and seek a BMS Project Engineer to work across the SW. We want innovative individuals who can contribute big ideas and skills to help us create a more sustainable future for all.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project conception to completion across various sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, and Healthcare.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with contract conditions and requirements.
  • Manage project labour requirements and guide contractors at your responsibility level.
  • Monitor and record project progress and deliverables according to the project schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience as a Project Engineer in the BMS & Controls industries, with technical knowledge of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
  • Proven success in project engineering/management, meeting objectives and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills to maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams, setting objectives, and inspiring success.
  • A valid driving license due to frequent site travel.
