BMS Project Engineer Lisburn (Between London and NI)

A rare opportunity to join a leading NI Smart Buildings specialist who are expanding their delivery team. This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality integrated BMS / Smart Building projects across the commercial built environment, with a major focus on hyperscale data centre projects in London. The role is although NI-based, will require approximately 60-70% of your time spent in London delivering large-scale BMS projects on hyperscale data centre sites.
The Ideal Person- Essential - proven BMS experience on hyperscale data centre projects
- Experience working with Tridium and/or Schneider BMS systems
- Good understanding of HVAC controls and Smart Building integration
- Previous experience delivering BMS projects (design commissioning handover)
- Strong coordination skills - able to liaise with clients, FM teams and M&E contractors
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to London on a regular basis (60-70%)
As a BMS Project Engineer you will take ownership of your own projects - predominantly London-based hyperscale data centres - while being based out of the Lisburn office. You will be responsible for:
- Engineering, configuration and commissioning BMS systems
- Running multiple live jobs simultaneously (small + medium projects)
- Producing technical documentation (designs / RAMS / O&M)
- Maintaining commercial control, variations, cost forecasting
- Reporting progress to the Operations Manager
- Working to all HSEQ standards and procedures
- Providing technical support to internal teams and clients
- £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
