Job Description

*BizDevOps Transformation Consultants - 6 months- Hybrid- Sweden*

For our international client, RED is currently looking for experienced BizDevOps Transformation Consultant to join a large-scale agile and product delivery transformation programme.

The consultant is expected to start ASAP for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

The project is in Sweden and it's a hybrid opportunity where minimum 3 days onsite presence required in Malmo.

Desired skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience required in agile coaching, tech transformation, or DevOps consulting
  • Expert in BizDevOps and agile/lean frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
  • Skilled in coaching cross-functional teams on agile delivery and product practices
  • Familiar with CI/CD, test automation, cloud-native dev, and observability
  • Strong in facilitation, change management, and stakeholder communication
  • Experienced in fast-paced, product-centric digital environments
  • Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (mandatory)
