Biotech Facilities & Operations Leader

Engitix Therapeutics in London is seeking an experienced Facilities & Operations Lead on a 12-month contract. You will oversee laboratory operations, facilities, health and safety, quality/compliance, and business continuity to ensure safe, compliant and resilient environments for science teams.

You will act as a senior operations partner, providing strategic guidance while diving into detail to reduce risk and support critical infrastructure and equipment readiness.
