Binder Broker

Lawes Group is currently recruiting for a Binder Authority Broker to work with an established Lloyd's Broker. This role will be based in their London office and offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Binding Broker to develop their career.

Key responsibilities:

• Business development and client management
• Negotiate and manage all binding authority agreements
• Offer advice on risk management
• Oversee a portfolio of binding contracts
• Manage client relationships, ensuring service and satisfaction
• Assess performance of binding contracts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Binding Authority Broker
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
• In-depth understanding of the insurance market, particularly within the binding authority space
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients, insurers, and colleagues
