They have continually developed to the point they have a turnover of over £30m and are looking to grow their team across the board to keep up with the significant growth they are undergoing at present.This varied role will see you become an integral member of the Design and Modelling team, working closely with teams of specialist Engineers and customers on large scale building and construction projects, converting schematics and drawings into structural models and managing architectural document control.This role would suit a BIM Technician who has worked on Revit projects looking for a role working on huge construction projects with opportunities to progress to become a BIM coordinator.The Role:

• Creating structural models using BIM and REVIT
• Working with specialist Engineers and Architects on varied large scale construction projects
• Continual specialist training courses
• Work on cutting edge projects
• Monday-Friday hybrid role

The Person:

• BIM Technician or similar
• Construction / Roofing background
• Commutable to Bedford
