Key requirements - Essential

• Good understanding of ISO19650 and other BIM-related Standards
• Experience advising on BIM & implementing it on projects
• Knowledge of developing and managing BIM documentation
• Experience with a Common Data Environment and related software
• Proficiency with 3D Modelling/Review software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, etc.
• Understanding of project/programme delivery environment, including PMO
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, self-motivated, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience in key sectors, ideally transport
