BIM Lead (MEP) with 5+ years' experience required to join a growing MEP engineering consultancy based in Dublin. This is a senior, hands-on position for an experienced BIM professional with strong MEP consultancy and Revit experience, taking ownership of BIM delivery and the continued development of digital engineering standards across the practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery and coordination across mechanical and electrical projects.
• Manage and coordinate MEP Revit models across multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Develop and maintain company Revit templates, families, standards and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows, QA and project delivery through automation, digital tools and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years' relevant MEP / Building Services BIM experience.
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Proven experience delivering and coordinating MEP models on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM information management.
• Previous experience as a Senior BIM Technician, BIM Coordinator, MEP BIM Coordinator or BIM Lead.
