Bilingual Italian/English SaaS Support Specialist

Clio is seeking an Italian/English speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Dublin hub. You will handle inbound requests in Italian and English, become a product expert, and help customers use Clio more efficiently.

You'll work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to grow the Italian market, balance language usage, and contribute to a high-performing culture in a hybrid Dublin office environment.
