We are a boutique talent acquisition consultancy specialized in strategic recruitment for international corporate expansions. On behalf of a private European group, we are seeking an elite, bilingual Executive Personal Assistant to support leadership operations in Europe.
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the trusted link between senior leadership and daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination of executive activities. This is a high-impact role requiring discretion, cultural intelligence, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements
• Coordinate communication between multicultural stakeholders
• Support senior leadership in daily operations and decision-making processes
• Ensure smooth and efficient executive workflows
Full Professional Fluency in English (Mandatory)
Fluency in Arabic (Lebanese preferred)
MUST be based in Portugal (mandatory and strategic need)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Cross-cultural communication
