Bilingual Customer Services Representative (Norwegian and English)

Overview

MiniMed is seeking an independent, talented Patient Services Representative to provide customer support to Norwegian users of our diabetes devices. The role is based in Watford on a hybrid basis, supporting a global team and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel, responding to product related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.
• Accurately and consistently documents customer feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
• Ensures on or above target compliance with call quality standards, and manages time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Norwegian required, plus English (both written and oral).
• Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Effective multi tasking ability (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during a call).
• 1 2 years of work experience in a customer service environment.
