Job Description

The National Lottery Heritage Fund is recruiting a full-time Customer Services Assistant on a permanent contract based in either Cardiff, Leeds or Manchester, with hybrid working. You will support English and Welsh customers, respond to enquiries by phone and email, and assist applicants and grantees with a range of needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, good IT literacy, and a willingness to learn Welsh.
