Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (German/Dutch) - Hybrid

Angling Direct, the UK's leading fishing tackle retailer, is seeking a confident Customer Service Advisor for our Head Office in Rackheath, Norwich. This permanent, full-time hybrid role offers 42.5 hours per week and starts at £13.21 per hour, with German and/or Dutch language proficiency preferred.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, refunds and returns while ensuring a positive experience and smooth service across Europe.
