The Role
  • Support the end-to-end management of tender and proposal submissions
  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality bid documents and client presentations
  • Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to gather content and input
  • Conduct research, including market analysis and competitor insights
  • Maintain and develop a centralised content library to streamline future bids
  • Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered within deadlines
  • Track and report on bid activity and pipeline performance
  • Support legal directory submissions and profile raising initiatives
The Person
  • Experience in a Bids, Tenders, or Proposal role, ideally within legal or professional services
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and proposal management
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (InDesign experience an advantage)
