Bid Manager

Note: you will manage bids and proposals for German clients and public institutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tenders, RFPs, and RFQs across public and private sectors;
• Analyze and evaluate tenders, including Go/No-Go decision-making;
• Develop bid strategies and proposal structures;
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Security);
• Prepare and ensure the quality of: Commercial proposals; Solution concepts; Service descriptions; Cost calculations and estimations;
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and commercial viability of proposals;
• Analyze bid outcomes and drive continuous improvement of the bidding process;

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Bid Manager / Proposal Manager / Tender Manager in an IT or consulting environment;
• Strong experience in the public sector (e.g., procurement procedures, EVB-IT, framework agreements);
• Experience in the private sector (RFPs, proposal processes, enterprise clients);
• Good understanding of IT services, cloud, software, and/or cybersecurity;
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working;
• Fluent German and good English skills;
