Location: Hybrid, with a base in Fareham, Hampshire, or Sidcup, Kent

Salary: £45,619 per annum

Our partner is expanding and seeks a dynamic, strategic, and inspiring Bid Manager to join their Business Development team and drive transformative growth. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact tender submissions, shape competitive strategies, and make a meaningful difference in communities. As a Bid Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities by delivering compelling, high-quality bids that align with our client's mission.
What You'll Do- Lead and manage end-to-end tender applications, ensuring timely, competitive, and high-quality submissions.
- Develop pricing strategies, guiding costings and demonstrating value.
- Craft persuasive, evidence-based bid content that stands out.
- Collaborate across teams, inspiring colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
- Build and maintain a library of winning bid content while continuously improving processes.
- Leverage market intelligence and innovative tools (including AI) to stay ahead of the competition.
- Proven senior-level experience in bid or tender management (health and social care knowledge is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Robust project management, research, and digital skills.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- A passion for creating positive impact and aligning with a purpose-driven mission.
