Salary: £45,619 per annum

As a Bid Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new opportunities by delivering compelling, high-quality bids that align with our client's mission.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage end-to-end tender applications, ensuring timely, competitive, and high-quality submissions.
  • Develop pricing strategies, guiding costings and demonstrating value.
  • Craft persuasive, evidence-based bid content that stands out.
  • Collaborate across teams, inspiring colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
  • Build and maintain a library of winning bid content while continuously improving processes.
  • Leverage market intelligence and innovative tools (including AI) to stay ahead of the competition.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven senior-level experience in bid or tender management (health and social care knowledge is advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Robust project management, research, and digital skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
