Job Title: Junior Bid Writer

Overview
The Junior Bid Writer supports the preparation of high-quality bid submissions across SQs, PQQs, and tenders. This role involves writing tailored responses, coordinating bid activities, and maintaining bid documentation to ensure timely, compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft clear, accurate, and persuasive bid responses
- Tailor content to meet client requirements using existing bid materials
- Proofread submissions for quality, consistency, and compliance
- Monitor procurement portals for new opportunities and updates
- Manage bid documents, deadlines, and submission tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather supporting information
- Maintain and update the bid library and templates
- Assist with compliance checks and final submission formatting
Requirements
- Degree-level education (or equivalent)
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
