BI Analyst/Developer

We're looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst & Developer to support one of our key clients undergoing a deep transformation in the way it leverages data.

You will join a BI team that sits at the heart of business operations, where every extraction, dashboard, and automation helps unlock insights, improve customer service, and drive strategic decision-making.

Far from being stuck in a corner running tickets, this mission will give you broad exposure and the opportunity to interact with multiple stakeholders across departments. You'll be managing everything from quick wins to critical mini-projects, all while contributing to the company's data-driven growth.

Your Responsibilities:

As a BI Developer, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, modifying, and optimizing ETL pipelines
• Managing data table updates and job schedulers
• Building or adapting reports and dashboards
• Handling ad hoc data extractions and requests from business teams
• Participating in cross-functional discussions to support business challenges with data

You'll be involved in many parallel initiatives and will help shape how the BI function supports business needs. Your work will have direct impact.

Your Profile:

• Strong experience as a BI Analyst/ETL Developer
• Python
• AWS Glue (ETL)
• SQL
• Git
• PowerShell
• SSRS
• Jenkins
• PowerBI
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong plus
• French/Dutch AND English
