Amazon's Builder Experience Team (BeXT) seeks a Sr. HR Partner to influence change, coach leaders, and foster an inclusive culture for AWS Builders.

You will partner with leaders to shape talent strategy, performance management, compensation, and employee relations across regions. You will collaborate with HR teams to implement HR strategies, drive adoption of technology, and provide expert guidance in high-judgement, confidentiality, and complex investigations.
