Job Description
Bespoke Clinical Concierge - VIP Superyacht Nurse

Bristol, United Kingdom Posted on 27/02/2026

The Mission

Elevate your acute care expertise from the hospital floor to the world's most exclusive maritime environment. We are conducting a discreet search for an elite clinical professional to provide unparalleled, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. As a critical pillar of this private medical detail, you will safeguard the principal's well being while navigating a breathtaking Mediterranean cruising itinerary-spending the season anchored in pristine destinations such as the Greek Islands, Monaco, and Ibiza.

The Team

World class care is never delivered in isolation. You will become an integral part of a sophisticated, multidisciplinary private healthcare unit. Practicing under the precise clinical direction of a Lead British Doctor, you will work in seamless synergy with expert Physiotherapists and a distinguished, Western trained nursing team to deliver proactive, concierge level medicine.

The Safety

Elite healthcare demands sharp, well rested clinicians. To completely eliminate practitioner fatigue and ensure uncompromising emergency readiness, our maritime medical operations run strictly on a double nurse shift system. You will continuously have the operational backup required to perform your clinical duties flawlessly, ensuring both you and the principal are fully supported 24/7.

The Process

Navigating the recruitment landscape for ultra high net worth placements requires unparalleled discretion. Respecting the demanding schedules of critical care professionals, the initial phase of our interview process is conducted securely and conveniently via an online platform.

Requirements

Education: A Western acquired Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of rigorous, recent experience in high acuity environments (ICU / ER / A&E).

Language: Native or C1 certified fluency in English.

Profile: Impeccable professional polish, elite adaptability, and a flawless understanding of the discretion demanded by ultra high net worth principals.

Our highly curated compensation package reflects the exceptional caliber of the talent we recruit:

Leave: 30 days of paid annual leave.

Living Arrangements: Luxurious, premium en suite quarters aboard the vessel.

Logistics: All travel, living, and operational expenses are entirely covered.
