Benefits Operations Specialist (HR)

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an Associate in the Employee Benefits team to support the full lifecycle of benefits programmes across EMEA. The role blends strategic and operational work, requiring accuracy, analytical ability and strong customer service as you work with HR, payroll and external vendors.
