You'll be the go-to expert on all things benefits-strategizing, problem-solving, and making a real impact on the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily benefits ops & vendor relationships
• Lead communications & compliance initiatives
• Manage platforms like Darwin, Workday & more
• Be the HR partner everyone counts on

Requirements:

• 5+ years in benefits - ideally both inhouse and Consultancy
• Strong overall international benefits knowledge
• The ability to work in a large, complex corporate environment as part of a specialist team
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-obsessed, solutions-focused, with the ability to think creatively and innovate as required

This is a permanent role based in the Barcelona office c3 days a week and paying up to 80,000 Euros Base + package.
