Job Title: Benefits Lead

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Swindon)

Contract Duration: 31 st March (Extension budget dependant)

Daily Rate: £600/day (Umbrella - Maximum)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

The Role:

• Demonstrable experience in developing benefits management strategies, techniques, and processes.
• Experience with benefits mapping and developing and implementing processes related to benefits realisation.
• The ability to identify and set specific goals and to map out a programme of activities to achieve them.
• Strong people management skills, able to build relationships, negotiate, challenge, and influence effectively with people at all levels.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and communicate sensitive information tactfully with diverse groups (including executives).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand new and complex issues rapidly, to apply established approaches in new ways and to shape and develop new approaches to benefits management: a degree of creativity and the ability to generate and apply novel ideas is expected.

Minimum Requirement:

• Benefits Management Experience
• Evaluation Experience
• Public sector understanding
