Job Description

The Ministry of Defence is seeking a Benefits Lead (Inside IR35) for a six-month contract in a hybrid role with travel to London or Bristol. You will own the benefits realisation across a major ERP/HCM transformation, drive strategy, baselines, and reporting, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure measurable value for Defence and taxpayers.

Essential are proven benefits management in large programmes, knowledge of Green Book/MSP, ERP/HCM experience, and strong analytical skills.
