Benefits Assessor - Hybrid, Local Government

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council invites experienced Benefits Assessors to join our Benefits team. You will process council tax reduction and housing benefit claims, handle queries by phone, email or letter.

Band C or D level with progression, hybrid working; suitable for those with knowledge of benefit legislation and strong customer service.

Candidates should have GCSEs and good numeracy/literacy; commuting to Solihull is required, with interview dates in early August.
