- Strong understanding of Defined Contribution pensions including auto-enrolment, retirement options and governance requirements.
- Experience in pensions, benefits, HR or a closely related field.
- Experience supporting pension operations, administration or benefits programmes in a complex organisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain benefits matters clearly to employees and colleagues.
- Support the delivery and governance of Defined Contribution pension arrangements across the UK and Ireland.
- Coordinate pension activity across benefits platforms, external providers, brokers and administrators.
- Manage day-to-day pension operations and help resolve escalated employee queries.
- Maintain governance documentation, reporting and operational records across pensions and wider benefits.
- Support health, protection, wellbeing and financial wellbeing programmes including communications and educational activity.
- Contribute to benefits communications, annual activity and ongoing improvements to the employee benefits experience.
- Practical knowledge of Defined Contribution pensions and the wider employee benefits environment.
- Experience working with pension providers, administrators, brokers or benefits platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, maintain accurate records and work to key deadlines.
- Confident communicating with employees, providers and internal stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to governance and administration.
- A proactive approach to learning with clear motivation to build further expertise in pensions and benefits.
