Behaviour support TA

Are you an experienced TA with experience supporting children with challenging behaviour? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton, and we're actively seeking a talented Behaviour TA to support pupils across KS2.

About the role:

• Behaviour TA position based at a primary school in Sutton
• Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
• Ongoing positions starting in September and throughout the school year
• Supporting KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage positively with learning
• Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
• Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

What you'll need:

• Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour, ideally within a primary setting
• Experience working with KS2 pupils
• A good understanding of behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of individual pupils
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
