Behaviour Mentor for Secondary School - SEMH Support

Tradewind Recruitment in Lancashire is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor / Behaviour Support Assistant (BSA) for a full-time temporary contract in a supportive secondary school.

You will work with 11-16-year-olds with SEMH needs, providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring, de-escalation, and support to engage in lessons and rebuild attendance.

Hours are 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM term-time, with competitive weekly PAYE pay at 85-105 per day and on-going CPD opportunities.
