Job Description
HENRY CHADWICK PRIMARY SCHOOL - BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL SUPERVISOR (CHAMPS)
LEVEL 3

Location: Henry Chadwick Primary School, Hill Ridware, Staffordshire

Salary: Grade 4, £25,582 to £25,989 per annum
Pro Rota salary £10,677 rising to £10,845 per annum

Hours of work: 18.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday Term Time, working hours as below:
Before school sessions: 0730 to 0830 hours
After school sessions: Monday to Thursday 1515 to 1800 hours; Friday 1515 to 1730 hours

Contract: Permanent, Term time, 38 working weeks plus 1 additional day (INSET) when pupils are not in school (Paid weeks 44.12)

Responsible to: Headteacher/Deputy Headteacher

Start Date: asap

The successful candidate will lead a small team to provide a quality before and after school childcare during term time. This includes planning a range of stimulating activities and preparing basic breakfast and after school snacks.
