Beauty Display Merchandiser L1

Overview

You will be an integral part of a field based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast paced high street store. You will be responsible for driving sales by keeping the beauty stands fully stocked as these brands sell fast.

About the Role

This role will primarily be based within the DA9 9SQ postcode.

Working hours: 4 hours a week on Sundays from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There may be opportunities to work across other categories including books and entertainment, toys and general merchandising.

How You'll Deliver Excellence

• Product Placement and Replenishment
  • Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge
  • Become an expert on health and beauty brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards
  • Stick to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health & safety guidance.
  • Follow and implement planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in store colleagues, department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

• You have experience in merchandising or retail.
• You thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using initiative to find solutions.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
• Be comfortable with manual handling and move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• Be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
