Beauty Display Merchandiser

We're looking for a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Truro area. You'll be an integral part of a field based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new beauty brand into a fast paced high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast.

This role will primarily be based within the TR1 postcode.

• Monday: 06.00 - 09.00
• Thursday: 06.00 - 09.00
• Saturday: 06.00 - 10.00

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including books and entertainment, toys and general merchandising.

How you'll deliver excellence

• Product Placement and Replenishment
  • Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge
  • Become an expert on health and beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards
  • Know and stick to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance.
  • Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
