Beauty Consultant - Luxury Skincare Brand (Concession)

30 hour contract

An iconic, family-founded beauty house renowned for its high-performance skincare, luxury textures and refined aesthetic. This is an opportunity to represent a prestigious skincare authority within a department store environment, delivering a personalised, results-driven consultation experience.

The Role

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of the brand on counter, responsible for driving sales performance, delivering luxury service, and building long-term client relationships within a dynamic retail setting.

You will combine skincare expertise with commercial awareness, ensuring every client receives a tailored consultation that reflects the brand's heritage and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-depth skincare consultations, identifying client concerns and prescribing tailored routines.

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets (ATV, UPT, conversion).

  • Proactively engaging with clients, offering demonstrations and an expert in story telling.

  • Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and long-term loyalty.

  • Host mini facials and product demonstrations to showcase efficacy and sensorial experience.

  • Actively capture client data and utilise CRM tools to follow up and re-engage customers.

  • Maintain impeccable counter standards, merchandising and hygiene protocols.

  • Support stock management, replenishment and inventory control.

  • Collaborate with concession teams to maximise visibility and event opportunities.

  • Participate in brand training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and expertise.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within luxury skincare or premium beauty retail.

  • Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and routine building.

  • Confident in delivering consultations and hands-on demonstrations.

  • Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Polished, professional presentation aligned with luxury standards.

  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, client-focused approach.

  • Adaptable and resilient within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
